Delivery costs for bulky goods

For deliveries within Germany, the transport costs are specified.
For bulky goods, a surcharge per item is added.
For export, the freight costs must be requested in advance; for this we need the exact delivery address.
For larger orders, the shipping costs must always be requested in advance.
